Introducing My Recommended Products Page
One of the things I love most about my work is helping people not only feel better during their sessions, but also giving them tools they can use at home to keep the healing process going.
Clients who do the homework — even simple things — often see better results than anything I could do for them in a single session. That’s because healing is most powerful when it continues from the inside out.
Why I Share Products
Over the years, I’ve tested many products with my own clients: hot/cold therapy gels, gentle supports, relaxation tools, and books that encourage healthy movement. I’ve found ones that make a big difference, and I share them whenever I know they’ll help.
Clients often tell me, “That little thing you gave me changed everything!” I love this, because it puts the power to feel better back in their hands, and they can start to do little things that will help them to gradually increase their health, successfully mitigate their stress levels, and decrease their pains.

How I Use Them in Practice
When I give a product to a client, I often say, “This is my gift to you because I know it will help. If you don’t use it, bring it back and I’ll give it to someone else.” A few people have done just that, and it opened the door to finding something more accessible for their lifestyle, maybe a small change they can make in their daily routine that starts to open their mind to the need to take the power back.
I believe small steps matter. Any little thing that we can teach our clients to get into their bodies throughout the day, like taking a 90-second breathwork break 3 times a day, can make a huge difference over time in how they think and feel.
