Dynamic Integrative Bodywork School
Rooted in wisdom.
Guided by touch.
Designed for the bodyworkers of the future.
Welcome to a massage therapy program created for people who feel called to help others — the ones who’ve lived their own healing, who trust their hands, and who want to build a career with purpose, skill, and integrity.
Hi, I’m Tina Heyer — founder and lead instructor of Dynamic Integrative Bodywork School.
After more than 20 years in practice and over a decade of teaching across Washington, I felt called to create a program that brings together everything I’ve learned: the science, the intuition, the approaches grounded in integrative manual therapy traditions and treatment principles, and the heart-centered way of being with clients that truly transforms people.
This school is the culmination of the work that has shaped me. It exists because I believe massage education can be more integrative, more grounded, and more meaningful — and because I feel personally responsible for preparing the next generation of bodyworkers with skill, presence, and integrity.
If you’re looking for an education rooted in deep body listening, clinical excellence, and a supportive learning environment… you’re exactly where you need to be.
Why Choose Dynamic Integrative Bodywork School?
Integrative, Whole-Body Philosophy
You’ll learn gentle, effective, techniques that are grounded in integrative manual therapy traditions, including craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, lymphatic & venous drainage, fascia-informed touch, and foundational massage therapy.
A Calm, Heart-Centered Learning Environment
Grounded, patient, and trauma-aware, our teaching style supports deep learning without pressure or overwhelm. We move at a pace that allows students to absorb, integrate, and grow. I’m honored to have been recognized by the AMTA Washington Chapter as an Outstanding Instructor, and I strive to live up to that recognition in every class.
Small Classes & Mentor-Based Training
You’ll never feel lost in a crowd. Individual attention and hands-on guidance are foundations of this school.
Science + Intuition
You’ll understand what your hands feel — and trust what your body knows.

“Years as a practicing LMT have not diminished Tina's passion for bodywork or her awe and respect for the amazingly complex human body. Her teaching style melds quiet enthusiasm with historical information, practical examples and illustrations drawn from her own experience working on clients, and her courses have a systematic progression that is easy to follow as we move into hands-on instruction. Humor, a bit of fun, and ample kindness and humility round out the experience. She invites questions, gives thorough explanations, and relies on evidence-based research to help inform her own ongoing studies. Tina is a gifted bodyworker AND an exceptional teacher.
